Very neat. I am from Cedar Vale, so I know Ed Hewins' name well. He was part of the Cherokee Strip Livestock Association too. I thought he was the chairman at one time. You can see the Hewins and Titus cattle company on the Cherokee Outlet's leases. Hmmm.
