Hardware store at 102 south summit was sold this year 2009 and used for Christmas village . A large collection of Christmas decorations was displayed as a small village of a Train and buildings of all kinds of business and recreation that would have been in the village,such as ice skating and sleds for children and adults in sleds pulled with horses. Trees and a farm . They had Santa visit. You could become a citizen or a business owner. What a great way to celebrate Chriastmas and show what Christmas was like at the beginning of Arkansas City. santa rendeer
