Thanks!
Should I assume this is Heather?

I guess I should have filled out a bit more of what I have in mind. A site dedicated to historical and genealogical research into the Cherokee Strip Livestock Association and it's members. In some of the information I have found there is some mis-information. For instance not all the members were from the large cattle ranch's in Texas. Many were but some, like Theodore Horsley and George W. Miller, were from Illinois or other places.
It would be of great help if some would volunteer to help out with the site. For instance, the Senate report for the first session of the 49th Congress contains roughly 500 pages of information about the leases in the strip and the battles being fought over the land. This information includes the lease of 1883 as ratified by the Cherokees. Transcribing all this information for inclusion on the site would be a pretty big job unless it could be spread over many people.
As people research for other reason and come across information they could have it added as well.

How Many Interested
How many people on the site are interested in researching the Cherokee Strip Livestock Association? It's been a pet project of mine for a while but not much information. If a few others are interested we could start a special project just for that purpose. I think I can get us a site for it and special project status from USGenWeb and OKGenweb. Well, most likely ITGenweb actually. It seems to fit within that project being indian land and all. The more people looking the better the chances of finding more information.
