Memorial day to honorall military veterans is May 30. I do not know the history of when it started in Arkansas City or this countyit is very important to all people and there are cemeronies at cemetaries and flags are put in the cemetaries by various groups. The Boy Scouts are one of the groups.bluebird Smile
